Introduction

At EddieAgency, LLC we are committed to delivering high-performance results with our services. Due to the nature of digital marketing and website optimization, refunds are only granted under specific conditions outlined below.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item or the delivery of a service to request a return.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a 100% return and qualify for a refund, the client must provide clear, verifiable proof that the service did not deliver the stated improvements. For our Website Optimization Service, the client must demonstrate through analytics that the optimized website did not outperform their original website in conversion rate or user engagement. For our Highly-Converting Sales Page Service, the client must provide evidence that the new sales page did not achieve a higher conversion rate than a standard product page. For our 1 Successful Facebook™Ad Campaign Service, the client must prove that the campaign did not generate between 300 to 3,000 visitors per month, as tracked through ad platform data and website analytics. Refund requests must include supporting data from Website Analytics, Google Analytics, Website Meta Ads Manager, or other relevant tracking tools. Failure to provide sufficient proof will result in the denial of the refund request.

Refund Request Process

The refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the campaign or service completion. All proof must be submitted with time-stamped data from reliable tracking platforms. Refunds will not be considered if significant changes were made to the website, ads, or tracking setup after service delivery. If the client failed to implement recommended changes, adjustments, or tracking pixels correctly, the refund request will be denied.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

If the client refuses to provide the necessary access to track and measure results. If external factors (e.g., poor product-market fit, operational issues, pricing strategy, or client-side business changes) impact performance. If the service was delivered as agreed but the client changed their mind or expected results beyond the scope of the service. If improper tracking or third-party interference prevents accurate measurement of results.

Chargeback Policy

All disputes and refund requests must be handled directly with EddieAgency, LLC before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with proof of service delivery and agreed-upon terms. Clients who issue a chargeback without attempting to resolve the matter with us first will forfeit their eligibility for future services.

1. Limitation of Liability
EddieAgency, LLC shall not be held responsible for any lost revenue, business disruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use or performance of our services. Refunds are limited strictly to the service fee paid and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Revenue or Results
While EddieAgency, LLC employs proven strategies to enhance website conversions, ad performance, and overall digital presence, we do not guarantee specific revenue figures, profit margins, or customer acquisition rates. Results may vary based on industry trends, competition, audience behavior, and client-side implementation.

3. Refunds Are Solely at Our Discretion
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. EddieAgency, LLC reserves the right to deny refunds if the provided proof is insufficient, misleading, or does not align with the terms outlined in this policy. The final decision on any refund remains at our sole discretion.

4. Right to Modify the Policy
EddieAgency, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of this policy will always be available on our official website and will apply to all future service transactions.

Refunds for Digital Products

All digital product sales are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as our services. If you believe a digital product did not perform as expected, you must provide verifiable proof that it did not meet the outlined performance criteria.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and must include supporting data demonstrating the product’s failure to achieve the expected results.

Refunds If Approved

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically 100% refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
